Who we are

Subgent is operated by Coding Moon ApS (CVR 39889641), Uraniavej 2, 1. sal, 1878 Frederiksberg C, Denmark (“Subgent”, “we”, “us”). By using Subgent you agree to these terms.

The service

Subgent helps you discover recurring subscriptions in your bank transactions. Subscription detection is an estimate based on transaction patterns and may not be 100% accurate. Always verify before cancelling any service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you import and for keeping your account secure. You must only connect accounts you are authorised to access.

Open Banking

Bank connections are provided through GoCardless Bank Account Data, a licensed Open Banking provider. Your consent has an expiry date, after which you will need to reconnect. Subgent is the data controller for the transaction data you choose to share; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Your data

How we handle your personal and financial data is described in our Privacy Policy. We act as data controller and use vetted processors under data processing agreements.

No financial advice

Subgent does not provide financial advice. Cost estimates are informational only.

Availability and accuracy

Subgent is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every subscription will be detected correctly. Always verify before acting on the information.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coding Moon ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Subgent.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
